Living in a world where we tend to front our most positive selves, it can be hard to remember that life isn’t just sunshine and rainbows. Even though we on Momio tend to focus on the positives – it’s important to also let our users know that it is still OK to be sad, angry, upset or just in a bad mood sometimes!
We decided to ask the kids on Momio if there’s anything special that helps them when they’re feeling sad. We suggested talking to a friend, a parent or listening to music – and the kids jumped on the chance to give each other tips on how to deal with such emotions.
Based on their answers, we’ve made a list of 8 tips of things to do when you’re feeling sad:
