Momio ApS is an international interactive media company located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company specializes in developing and operating Momio, a social media for kids. Our goal is to give kids a great first social media experience by surrounding them with good friends in a playful and safe environment.

Community Supporter Poland – part time


Do you love social media? So do we! Join us in maintaining Momio, a social media for kids! Together with a Community Manager and a team of Community Supporters you will make sure that Momio is safe and fun for our Polish users. The job is perfect for a student.

The job

Your tasks will be:
• Answering support emails from users and their parents
• Keeping our users safe working with SAFEGUARD – Momio’s safety system and processes
• Translating short texts from English to Polish

You will mainly work evenings, weekends and holidays, but some daytime work is expected. It’s important that you are flexible even with a short notice. Most weeks you will work 15-25 hours.

You will be able to work most of your hours from home but we expect to see you at our Copenhagen office every few months.


You are interested in social media, and share our belief that children have the right to participate in online communities on their own terms. These qualities are more important than your previous work experience, but it will be an advantage if you have worked with customer service or with children.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in Polish on a native level. You’re also fluent in English.
